Two quick ways to add new users
to your company LennoxPros.com account

LennoxPros.com is full of digital tools to help everyone on your team work smarter and
get the job done faster. Ready to get your crew signed up, but not sure how?

Watch this short video for two quick options to get everyone signed up on
LennoxPros.com. You can set each user’s permissions, too.

Here are two easy ways for new users to join your company LennoxPros.com account.

Option 1: New user self-sign up

Step 1. Go to "Sign In" (at the top right corner of the page).

Step 2. Click the button for “An HVAC Pro.”

Step 3. Enter your company customer number and zip code, and your own email address.

Pro Tip: You can find your customer number in the top right corner of your Lennox invoice, or call 1-877-570-0123 for assistance.

After your registration request is submitted, it will be sent to the admin on your company LennoxPros.com account for approval.

Once the admin approves your new user account, you’ll be notified via email. Just click the “Complete Registration” button to finish the process.

Option 2: As the admin, sign up new users

Step 1. Click Admin in the upper right corner of the page.

Step 2. Create user.

Step 3. Set the user’s permissions, including whether or not they can see pricing, place orders, and which eTools they can access. Click “Create User.”

The new user will receive an activation email to continue the registration process.
