In the office or on-the-go, LennoxPros.com and the LennoxPros app
make it easy to look up warranty information, fast.
On the Desktop:
Step Sign in to your LennoxPros.com account.
Step 2. Click the Warranty link under Resources in the left-side menu.
Step 3. From the Warranty Tools page on the desktop, you can create a claim, check the status of a claim or parts return, access the CompleteCare+ Extended Warranty Program and Warranty Document Library, and get help entering a claim.
On Mobile:
With the LennoxPros app, looking up warranty information on the job site is fast and easy.
Step 1. Sign into the
LennoxPros mobile app.
Step 2. Tap Warranty
Lookup, under Top Tools.
Step 1. Sign into the LennoxPros mobile app.
Step 2. Tap Warranty Lookup, under Resources in the Menu.
Step 3. Tap the barcode icon and scan the barcode on Lennox equipment to bring up the most recent warranty certificate.
